Vision Financial Markets to provide securities clearing services for Vision Brokerage Services.

Beginning in July, customers of Vision Brokerage Services ("VBS") will clear their securities business through Vision Financial Markets ("Vision"), which is a self-clearing securities broker/dealer. Vision is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, the Securities Investors Protection Corporation and the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. Vision is also a member of the Options Clearing Corporation and the Depository Trust Clearing Corporation. As the carrying broker/dealer for VBS customers, Vision will provide all of the necessary products and services to effectively service the investment needs of our valued clients.
